V. Armineh (Armineh) Babikian is an occupational therapist, researcher, and disability inclusion advocate dedicated to advancing the rights of persons with disabilities through human rights–based approaches. Her work focuses on inclusive rehabilitation, disability research, mental health, and community participation. Through Therapists for Armenia and her collaboration with international partners, she has supported inclusive education, rehabilitation system development, and research that centers the voices and lived experiences of persons with disabilities. She is committed to strengthening equitable, inclusive, and rights-based policies and practices in Armenia and beyond.
