Susannah (Susie) Rodgers is a disability inclusion specialist, Paralympian, and global advocate for inclusive development. She serves as a Technical Adviser on Disability Inclusion with the UK Government, supporting disability-inclusive policies and programmes across economic empowerment, global health, and climate action. A six-time Paralympic medalist, Susie combines her lived experience with expertise in policy and international development to advance the rights, leadership, and meaningful participation of persons with disabilities worldwide. She is also a passionate advocate for ocean conservation and inclusive climate action.
