Shiela May Agarrao is a feminist disability rights advocate and leader from the Philippines with lived experience of low vision. She is actively involved with the Nationwide Organization of Visually Impaired Empowered Ladies (NOVEL) and the Life Haven Center for Independent Living. Her work focuses on inclusive education, disability-inclusive social protection, women’s leadership, and intersectional advocacy. She is committed to ensuring that women and girls with disabilities have equal opportunities to participate and lead at national, regional, and global levels.
