This historic meeting officially brought together the inaugural Steering Committee of the Global Forum, representing 14 countries. Participants shared diverse regional perspectives, reviewed good governance practices, and mapped out priority focus areas for the Forum. The meeting strengthened cross-regional coordination and laid the foundation for long-term strategy, accountability mechanisms, and inclusive leadership within GFLWD.
